eJuice Direct Wholesale Shipping Policy

Every effort is made to get your shipment on its way as quickly as possible. Most orders placed by 2PM Central Time on weekdays will ship out the same business day. 

All orders placed after 2pm CST on Friday through Sunday will ship out the following business day. You may receive an email with a tracking # over the weekend. The order WILL NOT be picked up until Monday by USPS.

***eJuice Direct Wholesale is not responsible for weather delays or high traffic shipment times during holidays, please be aware that these factors can affect your transit time. 

Shipment Damages:

All shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Please carefully inspect your order promptly upon delivery. Should you receive damaged product, please take pictures of all packaging and product and email them to our customer service department or your account representative within 72 hours. 

International Orders:

We are currently shipping orders internationally. eJuice Direct Wholesale is not responsible for damage, loss, delay or seizure of international shipments. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

eJuice Direct ships orders anywhere allowed by law. Please check the laws applicable to your jurisdiction to ensure that your order will not be delayed, seized, or held at customs or elsewhere, and will not have any local duties, taxes, or tariff charges applied (which will be your responsibility to pay). If your package is delayed or seized by customs, or if you choose not to pay any applicable local duties, taxes, or tariff charges, eJuice Direct is not responsible for issuing any refund, including your shipping charges. If the package is denied by customs and is returned to us, you will have to pay for shipping again. There will be no refunds.
